Anthonette is a National Board Certified Teacher in Early Adolescence Science. Prior to joining Big Picture Learning, her experiences include teaching middle school science, serving as an Einstein Educator Fellow at the National Science Foundation, managing the Regional Partner program for Code.org, and directing education programs at the Elementary Institute of Science in Southeast San Diego. As an educator, she is passionate about equity, particularly for underrepresented groups and females in STEM.
